About Me	My little girl dream was to marry a man that I adore, live in a little white house with the white picket fence, and have two kids that were 'perfect'. When I grew up I traveled a bumpy road throughout my early and mid 20's, and a marriage that didn't 'work'. Found out that little girl dreams are just that. Then I met my husband (class of 59) whom I grew to adore. We married, and bought the little white house with the white picket fence (in Langhorne). He was a '9 to 5' working man that came home every night to a six o'clock dinner. I was a stay-at-home mommy (by choice). We had two sons; far from 'perfect', but perfect indeed. We have a little place in the mountains that we went to for all vacations,half the summer, and many many weekends. Sons grew up, went to college, met two wonderful women. Both married, both bought small homes, and both started families of their own. Three grandsons from oldest son (lives in Poconos), grand daughter and grandson from youngest son (lives close by in New Jersey). We are now retired, enjoying pretty good health, and busier than ever. Had my 88 year old father living with us for 12 years; he died April 2009. We have traveled some;Florida, out West to Colorado, Nevada, California, and to Mexico. We have a boat called Skipper's Beach House in a marina at the Jersey shore. It's about all the 'beach house' that we can afford, and we have spent much of the last 10 summers there. We have two young dogs, both Shelties, that are the love of our lives. Life doesn't get much better. We have been, and are, truly blessed beyond my wildest dreams. Sold the boat last year (2010) and now spend most of our time at our 'cabin' in the Endless Mountains of Pa. I love gardening there, and sitting up long into the night watching (from my deck) the wildlife come in to feed at our feeding stations. Have photographed b...(read more)
