Vivian was my mother. She died when I was 11 months old. She left her husband, my dad, Edward G. Henson, my sister, Jackie, who was 3 years 11 months, and me. She died of complications from Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. She died April 1, 1949 - but 1949 isn't an option on this form!!
