Memorial services and celebration of life for TIMMIE MICHEL DOWNING, 37, will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel at 2PM with Royce Brown officiating. A private family graveside will be at a later time and date. Timmie passed away on November 5, 2012. Donations can be made in his daughters name to Paige Morgan Whitley Downing.
He was born to Flint and Deborah (Keane) Downing on February 28, 1975 in Evanston, Wyoming. Timmie had many enjoyments in his life. He loved to fish and play softball. He loved the 49ers and hunting. Timmie also enjoyed txting and facebook. But his biggest love and joy came from his daughter, Paige Morgan Whitley Downing. He loved her unconditionally.
Timmie is survived by his daughter Paige of Casper, parents Flint and Deborah Downing of Casper, Sister Tammie Michelle(Jesse James) Carnline of Evansville, grandmother Betty L. Keane, Aunt Sherrie (Bruce) Lopez, Uncles Thomas(Lorii) Russell, all of Casper, Gordon of New Mexico and Lonnie(Sabrina)Downing of California, nephew Shawn Carnline and niece Jessica Jade Carnline of Evansville, Godsons Alex and Cruz Campbell, Goddaughter Alora Campbell, all of Casper, and cousins Josh(Amanda) and daughter Alexis Lopez, Adam and his daughter Calina Lopez, and Ross Lopez, all of Casper.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Delbert Wayne and Lois Virginia Downing,grandfathers Oliver Clifford Russell and Dale Owen Keane, his aunt Anita Gale Downing, uncle Ricky Joe Keane, and great-grandparents Lester and Lois Boylan
