There is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per couple due Apr 15. This covers postage, paper, envelopes, and deposits that must be paid in advance. Cost for the weekend is $130.00 per person and is due Jul 10 (in order to make our payment to the hotel). If you are only planning to attend one night -- that price per individual night is yet to be determined Fri night is a cocktail party with a cash bar from 6:30-9:30. Sat night is cocktail hour, buffet dinner, dance and a cash bar from 6:00-10:00. There will be a D.J. for music and dancing. Dress for Sat night is summer resort casual. No coat and tie. Letters were mailed out 1/18/19 to everyone on our mailing list. If you did not receive a letter, it means that we do not have your correct mailing address. Please provide the correct information to Melanie Hastings Gibson asap. The letter has all of the pertinent information you need for payment to Chris Yirak Dollarhide and also for making reservations at the hotel. Any questions you have, you can contact either one of us. We sure hope you are all planning to attend our 50th reunion at Sawgrass Marriott. Just think it has been almost 50 years since we walked the halls of our alma mater and although we know it is still a few months away, we really are trying to give everyone a chance ( a whole year) to save and plan for what promises to be a great weekend. A few we spoken to have never been able to attend any reunion so we are excited to be able to meet these folks after so many years. The reunion fees are not due yet but we would really appreciate you making your room reservations as soon as possible. At last Mighty Rebels we are happy to announce the thirty year reunion Ticket and pricing information a lot of you have been patiently waiting for and are as follows. Room rates are discounted to $99.00 and you must mention the NB Forrest c/o 1981 when making your reservations to receive the discounted rate. The Early Bird Special Cash Option: The ticket price per person is $75.00 paid by check or money order. This will be available and must be submitted and post marked no later than August the 1st 2011. Regular Ticket Price and Price at the Door: After August 1st 2011 the price will increase to $85.00 per person and must be submitted and post marked no later than September the 30th 2011. Prices at the door will be $90.00 per person, cash only. There will be a cut off on the number of dinner guests and will be no guarantee of additional servings at that point so get your tickets early.
