About	Roger R. Foster Visalia - Roger R. Foster of Visalia, California died in his home on February 8, 2021. Roger was born on November 28, 1966, in Fresno, California to Roger E. and Helen M. Foster. He attended Mt. Whitney High School and received his bachelor's degree from Idaho State University. Upon graduation, he returned to the valley, met and married Donna Jean Schpansky and they were blessed with two children. Roger was a successful CFO and worked at various companies in Visalia and most recently in Oakhurst. He is survived by his wife Donna, son Zackory, daughter Paige, Mother Helen (Foster)Shiner, sister Shelli (Foster)Garrett, brothers Jeffrey Foster and Andrew Foster, brothers-in-law David Garrett and Steven Schapansky as well as many nieces and nephews.
