| About Me | Following graduation from Virginia Tech, I taught HS msth in central Virginia fo a few years, returned to student status, completing a masters at Virginia Commonwealth U in Richmond. Then more grad work at U of Hawaii before starting a civil service career with the Navy Department procuring major weapons systems. After retirement in 2004, I worked another 21 years as a government contractor advising and assisting various agencies in efficient procurement of their various needs.
