Frank and my brother Walt were best friends . Biggy was a calm and and cool dude ! He coached basketball in Oregon as b-ball was my brother and biggies life in high school ! My brother passed in 75 but Frank never forgot him ! I know Biggy had some struggles later in life but never made it anybody else’s problem and remained a real friend to many . Rip biggy
