Mount Si's baseball team will be going into next spring as the defending state 3A baseball champions, first time in school history that has happened. They won the title Memorial Day weekend in a stunning come-from-behind win that was maybe among the greatest comebacks by any Mount Si sports team in school history. Three runs with two outs in the bottom of the last inning to win the game over Shorewood 5-4.
Amazing performance, and it has helped some of the players get college opportunities, most notably the team's shortstop, Class of 2011 grad Tim Proudfoot, who will be attending Texas Tech this fall.

Wildcat Volleyball State 2008
Wildcat volleyballer's lost ugly in 5 games to a lesser Lakes HS team in first round @ Toyota Center in Kennewick,but moved on to defeat Auburn-Mountainview in 4 games in second match.

Wildcat volleyball makes state
Mount Si's girls volleyball program clinched first state tournament appearance since 1994 last Saturday 11/3 with fourth place finish at districts. State tournament starts Friday 11/9 in Kennewick @ 9am vs Hanford. All of you MSHS alums living in the Tri-Cities please take the morning off and come to the Toyota Center and cheer on your HS alma mater.

Wildcats miss playoffs
Mount Si football misses state playoffs, they won 34-14 last night @ Interlake HS; Issaquah eliminated your alma mater with 35-0 win over Newport. Mount Si to finish season next week.
