Ian received his IB Diploma in 2011 and went on to University of Delaware to study Hotel and Resurant Management and Marketing. During the summer of his Solphmore year, he purchased Lamberti's Cucina Resturant. He will continue his studies at University of Delaware and Management the resturant.
