About	AZZIZI RACHEL (BETLYN) Age 69, well-loved by her family, friends, co-workers and her church family, of Moon Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at Heritage Valley Hospital in Sewickley. She was born October 24, 1947, in Coraopolis to the late John and Stella (Lorenc) Betlyn. Beloved and cherished wife for 26 years to Adam M. Azzizi; loving sister of Dorothy Betlyn of Moon Township, Dinah Mutch (Bryce) of GA, Carolyn Betlyn of Moon Township, Dan Betlyn (Nancy) of WV and the late Charles Betlyn and David Eger. She was a faithful member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church involved in altar care and choir. For 30 years she worked for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon, Washington, DC. Visitation Friday 1-9 p.m. at COPELAND'S MOON TOWNSHIP, 981 Brodhead Rd. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 987 Beaver Grade Rd., Moon Township, PA 15108.
