About	Mark Samuel Milligan, 60, Sobieski, formerly of Pennsylvania, died unexpectedly Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at his home. The son of the late Ray and Florence (Vukcevich) Milligan was born March 4, 1952, in Sewickley, PA. In 1973, he married Ann Sairs in Pennsylvania. The couple moved to Wisconsin, and operated Lakeview Pottery in Sobieski since 1984. Mark was involved in AKC judging, and raised dogs under the Bonmead Bernese Kennel name. Survivors include his wife, Ann; one brother, Ray (Colleen) Milligan, Chama, NM; mother-in-law, Nancy Sairs, Indio, CA; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Bob Sairs.
