About	John V. Donnelly, best son and brother, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 19, 2016 at Heritage Valley Sewickley at the age of 49. Son of a military family, he was born in Germany on July 20, 1967 to Pauline (Billy) and the late SSgt John T. Donnelly, Jr. He made Moon Township his home. Devoted and loving son of Pauline (Billy) Donnelly; cherished brother and best friend of Kathleen both of Moon; favorite nephew of John and Andrew Kachik; also many caring and loving co-workers at Giant Eagle. A. 20+ year employee of Giant Eagle, Moon Township, John was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church and studied computers at CCAC. He was kind, generous and patient, as he helped others with electronics and computers. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steeler, New York Giants and the Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins. Visitation Friday 2-7 at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867Fifth Ave. where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM. Father Frank Kurimsky will officiate. Burial will follow at Holy Souls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in his name to the Wounded Warriors Project.
