Born October 2, 1958 in Bellevue, PA daughter of Robert and Nita (Costa) Neugebauer; sister of Robert (Melissa) Neugebauer; aunt of Robert and Jessica. Gina was a graduate of Moon High School Class of 1976 and played saxophone and clarinet in the high school band and was a CNA at Mariner and Verland Nursing facilities. Visitation Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Road Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a service will be held at 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Inurnment private. .
