About	Robert W. Baggs IV, 315 Date Palm Road, Vero Beach, stationed in Lamoore, California, in the United States Navy, died April 13 in an automobile accident there. He was born September 25, 1954, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and moved to Vero Beach two months ago from Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Baggs, Vero Beach; one brother, Joseph W. Baggs, Jr., Vero Beach; two sisters including Miss Rhoda Anne Baggs, Vero Beach, and his grandfather, Robert W. Baggs III, Babson Park.
Events	Funeral services were held at the chapel of the Cox-Gufford-Baldwin Funeral Home Wednesday with Dr. Fred McClellan, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. The Cox-Gifford-Baldwin Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
