Crescent - Leroy D. "Boots" Palitti, 82, of Crescent, PA, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, in his home.
Born March 6, 1939, in Detroit, MI, a son of the late Leroy and Marguerite (Sipes) Palitti.
He was a graduate of Moon High School, served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Ambridge American Legion and Ambridge Eagles Club.
He had many jobs in his life but he especially loved his job Aliquippa and Southern Railroad, where he retired.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cheryl Alison Dickey, and a daughter, April.
He is survived by a sister, Marguerite Schofield, and son, Terrance Palitti, grandchildren, and good friends, Jennifer and James Paul, Rachel Erdos, and Andrew Paul.
Friends will be received Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 11am until the time of service at 1pm at TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, PA, 15001.
Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Aliquippa, PA.
Boots will be remembered for his quick wit and larger than life personality. He will be sadly missed.
