About	Jeffrey Earl Starr, 70, of Moon Township, passed away peacefully, August 8, 2020, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jeff was born 2/15/1950 to the late Jean and Leonard Starr. He was also preceded in death by his twin brother Jon. Jeff was a proud member of the 82nd airborne. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Jeff is survived by his long-time partner Tracy Pascarella; his sister Patricia (Starr) David of California and several loving nieces; many good friends and extended family members. Arrangements by Copeland’s. A celebration of his life will be held later.
