class ring

Hi I am Tim Lichter's sister, Tracey. I saw where his class ring was found in germany through this website. Was it sent to the school or do you know who sent the information? My brother past away in 2007 and his family would love to get his ring back. Thank you , I am also an alumni from montoursville in 1988. He was in Germany during his time in the air force back in the early 80's when it was lost. My email is jaytmart@aol.com.
