| Favorite School Memory | I met some very nice people in high school. One friend, Mary Boaz Pekovich, is still one of my best friends. She and her husband were our daughters' godparents. |
| About Me | I've been married 39 years to a terrific guy, Vic. We have two daughters - Lindsey is a speech therapist who is also fluent in sign language, which came in handy when she met her husband Charlie, who is deaf. They live nearby so we get to see their two kids, Megan (8) and Logan (5) regularly. Tracy and her husband Jake live in Olympia, WA, near the Air Force base where Jake is currently stationed. Tracy is working on her Masters in yoga therapy, and plans to work with wounded veterans. My husband is a former geologist turned high school science teacher and a long-time surfer and distance bicyclist. I stayed home for six years while our kids were young and returned to work as a teacher when they started school. I taught kids with orthopedic disabilities for almost 30 years and absolutely loved it. I retired 1/1/2019, and my husband will retire 6/15/2019. Since my husband and I both always had summers off, we've been fortunate to be able to take some awesome vacations.
