| About Me | After Grad School I obtained dual (Clinical and Public Health) licenses as a Microbiologist. Worked for the California Department of Health Services, Microbial Diseases Laboratory for 15 years as an expert in the laboratory diagnosis of Botulism. Later worked for Contra Costa County as a supervisor of the Microbiology lab in Martinez CA. The Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta GA asked me to come to CDC to head up a portion of their Botulism Diagnostic Lab, which I did for two years.
