Frankie suffered what we believe was a stroke on July 17, 2010, and was on life support until they determined that he was "brain dead" and the decision was made to "pull the plug". He succumbed shortly thereafter. He left a wife, 4 children, and 7 grandchildren. Also, surviving are 4 sisters; Brenda, Carol, Ellen, and Charlotte.
