About Me	Gave up auto mechanics. Got Class A license and became a tractor trailer driver. Owned my own trucking company and after fuel prices got too high, went back to driving for a company. Became a real estate agent and loan officer, Started own consulting company and work with developers to fund their construction projects as well as acquisition and development with joint venture funding and 100% financing from private money sources, hedge funds, joint venture funding companies. Mortgage crisis in 2008-2009 hurt the commercial funding business. Kept doing it part time but went back to driving a truck as a company driver and in 2022 started my own company again.
