About Me	Spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy, been on 5 ships (USS Tutuila ARG-4, USS H.W. Gilmore AS-16 in Sardinia, Italy, USS LaSalle AGF-3 in the Arabian Gulf/Indian Ocean, USS L.Y. Spear AS-36 with a cruise to Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, and the USS Nimitz CVN-68 with a 6 month cruise to the Mediterranean), stationed in Yokohama, Japan at the Commissary Store - Fleet Training Center Dam Neck in Virginia Beach, VA (twice), Weapons Dept., Naval Air Station Ocean in Virginia Beach, Va.),sailed on 8 oceans/seas, was on 6 continents, stationed in 3 countries, visited over 30 countries (some more than once), spent 13 months in Antarctica, travelled to several states and overseas for one of my civilian jobs, taught Sunday school to 3rd & 4th & 5th graders, directed a children's ministry for 10 years, then took off and am back as the Director for the Truth and Training group (3rd - 5th grades) in the same ministry. Sang in a gospel trio, quartet and an internaitonal music group which has sung in London, Paris, Moscow, Uruguay, and Scotland, as well as local venues in s.e. Virginia.
