Mary was an Episcopal priest and co-rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Ellicott City, Maryland. She was unfortunately the victim of a deranged homeless man who shot and killed Mary and and another church member on 5 May, 2012. She was a well respected Priest who served her parish family with love, dignity and honor. The assailant was found dead of a self inflicted gun shot wound in a nearby homeless camp. She is missed by her family, especially her sister, Kathleen (class of '70), as well as her parish family and diocesan friends.
