| About Me | My Bio Drew Cashmere Broker, ABR, BPOR, CDPE, CIAS, CIPS, e-PRO, FPA, GRI Broker/Owner of Cashmere & Associates Realty Inc. I founded Cashmere & Associates Realty Inc. in 2003 after starting his real estate career as a relocation Director for J Poole & Associates. I re bring a number of skill sets to the table with vast experience is sales and marketing in residential real estate, commercial real estate, and in corporate product sales. I also has a strong understanding the of financial accounting and investment modeling. I have used these skills to build and sell four different businesses in three different regions of the country. Over the past 30 years I have been fortunate enough to work with some great men that have mentored me; Les Wexner (Founder of The Limited Corporation), R. David Thomas (Founder of Wendy’s), Jack Hanna (Builder of the Columbus, Ohio Zoo), Richard Schultz (Founder of National Revenue Corporation). I also have had experience working close with political figures such as; Governor of Ohio and the Mayor of Columbus Ohio. All of these men have enriched my life and have helped me shape my future. During his early years in real estate I have worked with a number developers to assist them in better understanding the South Florida market and how to utilize more creative technologies to improve the sale of their real estate products. I am currently working on the marketing plan and strategy to build my next company that will be focused on distressed residential and commercial real estate owners in South Florida. My company’s focus will be in the area of assisting Homeowner’s in developing strategies to save their home from foreclosure. In addition, to assist Real Estate investors with their Real Estate investing strategies, and helping them understanding the South Florida real estate investing process.
