About Me	After college- Production Mgt. & Quality Assurance in the dairy food industry.Then joined the Ca Dept. Of Food & Agriculture as a Dairy Foods Specialist and CA State Rating Officer for FDA. After retirement, as owner/contractor, my wife & I built our 3400 sq' single story home on 10 acres in Lockeford, CA. From a previous marriage, I have a wonder son. He is an RN and resides in Modesto, CA with his wife and 2 children. I have been greatly blessed over the years! Although retired, I do consulting work in the dairy food industry.
