About	Daniel Kenneth Moore, 45 19 Sep 1968 - 4 Mar 2014 Marion L Steele High School - Class of 1987 "Daniel Kenneth Moore, 45 years of age, and a resident of Amherst, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, following a lengthy illness. He was born September 19, 1968, in Amherst, Ohio. Dan was a lifetime resident of Amherst and graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in the class of 1987. He was a union electrician with the IBEW Local #129 in Lorain. Dan was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Amherst. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying fishing, hunting and trapping. Dan was an huge fan of The Ohio State football program. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends celebrating life. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of fifteen years Jennifer Renee Moore (nee: Wossilek); his beloved daughter Hannah Elizabeth Moore; his mother Claudia Moore (nee: Towne) of Amherst; his brother and his wife Kenneth G. and Michele Moore and their children Kathryn, Kenneth, Jr., Madelyn, Tyler and Nathan; his sister and her husband Karen and Ken Vilagi and their children Allison and Claire all of South Amherst; his aunts and uncles David (Rose) Moore, Robert "Elmer" (Kathy) Towne, Ronald "Muzz" (Arlene) Towne, Marie (Chip) Clotz and Charles (Charlcie) Towne. He was preceded in death by his father Gerald N. Moore on February 1, 2012; his uncle Richard Piwinski; his paternal grandparents David and Mabel Moore and maternal grandparents Claude and Theresa Towne. Friends may call Friday, March 7, 2014, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the Hempel Funeral Home; 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church; 115 Central Drive, Amherst. The Rev. Terrance Adamson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, South Amherst.
