About	Frank P Pinskey, 55 June 3, 1956 - January 4, 2012) Marion L Steel High School - Class of 1974 and Lorain County JVS culinary program "Frank B. Pinskey, 55 years of age, and a resident of Lorain, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born June 3, 1956 in New London, Connecticut. Frank was a lifetime resident of the Amherst area and graduated from Marion L. Steele in the class of 1974. Frank also was a graduate of Lorain Co. JVS where he studied with the culinary program. Frank owned and operated Frank's Glass and Screen Repair in Amherst. He also hosted the "Frank's Tool Box" show on the local Amherst cable channel. He previously worked at Ruth Building Supply for many years. Frank was a member of Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain where he was participating in the RCIA program. He was looking forward to being baptized into the Catholic church in the spring of 2012. He was involved in the Amherst Athletic Association and coached the little league baseball team the "Tigers" for ten years. Frank was a member of the Historical Society and was active with the Frontier Days. He also helped his sister Carol, cooking meals at the Amherst Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #1442. His hobbies included woodworking and playing baseball. Frank was an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially the Indians and had a great love for all dogs. In his younger years, Frank enjoyed the time he spent riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Survivors include his son Jason Pinskey and his wife Stephanie Pinskey (nee: Smith) of Amherst; his sister Carol and her husband Ron Brezinski of Lorain; his niece Samantha Brezinski and nephew Jonathan Brezinski. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Jane Pinskey (nee: Favolise).
