About	Terry Williams, age 49 Class of 1969 29 Aug 1951 - 13 Jul 2001 "Sheffield Lake - Terry Williams, 49, of Sheffield Lake, died Friday, July 13, 2001, at his residence following an apparent heart attack. He was born Aug 29, 1951, and had lived in Sheffield Lake for the past 26 years, moving from Amherst where he was raised. He graduated from Marion L Steele High School in 1969. Williams worked at US Steel / Lorain Works since 1970 in maintenance, and was a member of United Steelworkers Local 1104, Lorain. He was a Vietname Era veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed bowling. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Linda L. (nee Knight); daughter, Mandy Solas of Sheffield Village; son, David of Sheffield Lake; one granchild; and mother, Maurine (nee Pennington) of Amherst. He was preceded in death by his father, John B. Williams, in 1991. Friends may call Sunday 4 to 8 p.m. at Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Ave., Amherst, where funeral services will be held at 8 p.m.. The Rev. Kent Joy, pastor of Park Ave. United Methodist Church, will officiate. Cremation will follow with burial at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township."
