Navy, 21 Years
After Naval Academy graduation spent 9 years Active Duty as a Navy Pilot. In 2004 I transitioned to the Air National Guard and served as a Traditional Guardsman for the following 12 years. Flew the P-3C Orion while in the Navy, and the C-130J Hercules while based in Rhode Island, and finally the KC-135R Stratotanker based at Pease in NH. Deployed 9 times over 21 years to all the "garden spots": Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria.
