About Me	Many things... mostly art related, here is the resume folks... I am most productive with a, computer (adobe products), a brush, or maybe a hammer:) I hope you are all well and doing good things. Experience: Managed and developed art direction projects that have significantly benefited clients, specifically by delivering creative, strategic artwork while reducing production costs, art production time and timeline to market. 1994 to present: President and creative director, Harmon Design Inc. HDI. • Handle tasks related to corporate communication, design, illustration and concept development in various promotional projects for clients. • Handle project assessment, goal setting, meetings, coordination of work, and planning of printing. • Manage photography sessions for key client communications and advertisements. • Provide book design and illustrations for national distributed children’s books and other published works. 1985 to 1994: 3M Graphic Designer: Responsibilities included working within 3M Corporate Identity and Design Standards to create artwork and communication material that promoted the sale and understanding of 3M technology and products. Work included: • Art direction work for 3M businesses. • Concepts, sketches and illustration work for scientists, marketing groups and other 3M employees. • Designing advertising material, manage print collateral and photo-shoots. • Overseeing subcontractors, maintaining 3M Corporate Identity Standards. • Creating cartoons and illustrations for display, training and meetings. Education and Internships: 1980 to 1984: College of Visual Arts (CVA) in St. Paul, MN BFA Communication Design. 1980 to 1984: Beaudry Group, model maker, 3/D illustration work, props and special effects. 1983 to 1984: Granlund, bronze foundry, summer assistant Gustavus Adolphus College.
