Assignments with increasing responsibility, throughout the world as first sergeant, platoon sergeant, senior enlisted advisor, senior chemical operations specialist, recruiter, various S-3 operations positions, shift supervisor, senior military policeman, investigator/AWOL apprehension specialist, supply specialist and unit armorer.
As a military senior non-commissioned officer (NCO), I worked as a leader, trainer and counselor in many positions. During my last military assignment, my responsibility was the health and welfare of personnel assigned to a headquarters company and the establishment of training programs that included formal training, evaluations, and testing for 350 soldiers utilizing classroom instruction, hands-on training, training simulators and evaluation exercises.
