Well I'm starting to grasp the nagging feeling that not very many people who knew me back at LHS or LMS are gonna be using this site, atleast not for quite a while. So I figured I would throw my two cents in, as is the Chaunsey way (again kind of had to know me in highschool to get that).
While it was common back in my day at least to trash talk the school, teachers, homework, tests, and so on and so forth. Many would complain that the work was errelivant and that it would hold no weight on their futures.
However any gradute of that fine establishment, while undoubtedly still holding their fare share of begrudgements, I think we can all agree that the lessons we were taught there were not as transparent as they seemed; rather they fit like puzzel pieces into a much larger picture which taught us more about how to think for ourselves and forced us (allbeit like it or not) to come into our own as people and I believe that without LHS and the hardships, teachers, friends, and even enemies that I experienced there I wouldn't be half of the person I am today and for that I am eternally greatful and I hope to do the school's legacy proud someday.
