Vickie was preceded in death by mother, Virgie Henson Russell; grandparents, Clarence & Ruby Russell and Jack & Hattie Henson. Survivors: father, Rev. Gene Russell; brothers & spouses, Roland and Vickie Russell, Terry Russell and James & Delinda Russell all of Loudon. At Vickie's request there will not be any services held.
