Navy, 17 Years
Al spent 8 years on active duty on board submarines untill 1992. He rejoined the Navy reserves in 2001 ans was immediately activated after 9/11 for a year. Now serving out of Minneapolis he is looking forward to retiring in 2013. Currently living in Holmen and working for Dairyland Power Coop in Genoa.

Duane and his wife Lisa (formerly Bruring) spent almost 24 years in the Air Force. They have lived in Alaska, Germany, Illinois, Nebraska, Washington State and Washington DC. Duane is now retired from the military and they currently reside in Papillion, Nebraska. Their oldest son Matthew is in the army and is currently stationed in Iraq.

Our Logan High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
