| About Me | Upon college graduation from Hofstra, I moved to Scottsdale, AZ, where I began my teaching career. I was hired as an adapted physical education specialist and provided services to students with various disabilities in the area of physcial education. It was also a time where I took my years of gynastics and used that as a stepping stone to competing in fitness competitions. I competed in the Ms. Fitness USA pageant in 1999 and have since built a foundation for myself in keeping exercise a part of my daily life. The biggest blessing of my life, however, has been my son, Micah, who actually was the reason for my return to New York.
