Joy was married 12/27/1953 to Robert L.Kurdt. They had 3 sons and remained in eLindenurst while the boys were still in school. Later moved to Sayville, NY where the boys finished their high school education. They later moved to their retirement home that Bob built in Downsville, NY. They eventually became Snowbirds spending 6 months in FL
and 6 months in NY. Joy had 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchldren, and one great great granddaughter. Joy was beloved by her sister-in-law and her 3 nieces as well as 5 great nieces and nephews. Joy is sorely missed by all.
