I am very saddened to hear this. My story about Ellie is a story I still tell today. I honestly didn't know Ellie well, but I was close to Ellie's sister, Suzie. It was maybe 1971, and Suzie said she and Ellie wanted to go see James Brown in concert, and would I go with them? So, my story is of me and two Jewish princesses, probably the only 3 white faces in the crowd, at a James Brown concert. I was mesmerized. Still the best concert I have ever seen. Peace to the Glazer family.
