Was in basic training in CA when Kennedy was assonated. Went to Fort Devens for training as a morose code intercept operator. Took a boat to Germany and was stationed outside of Munich for two years. Then went to Viet-Nam until I was discharged as an E-5 in 1967.

Joined the Air Force after High School. Deployed twice to Operation Iraqi Freedom, recently returned from a deployment with the Army to Baghdad Iraq. Enjoyed my time on the swim team and in the Forestry Program at Lincoln where I learned a lot about being a leader from Mr. Keppler, former Forestry Teacher. Currently have an assignment to England where I will do three more years before retiring after 24 yrs of service. I'm a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Air Force Sergeants Association.
