Frances (nee Hess) Lott, Wollam, Belcher, 78, died Wednesday, November 22. 2023 from complications of COPD. Frances was a 1963 graduate of nearby Licking Heights High School and the United Travel School of Clearwater, Florida. Survived by three sons; Richard Lott a 1983 LHHS graduate, Rodney Wollam, Andrew Guy Wollam, and daughter Tina Louise Lott graduate Walnut Ridge.
