Navy, 9 Years
Joined the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Missile Technician. Spent 2 1/2 years on the USS Georgia SSBN 729 and 2 1/2 years on the USS Kentucky SSBN 737. Currently finishing up a 3 year tour at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific as a radiological controls technician and weapons movement supervisor.

Served 6 years where I got out as a Staff Sergeant. I was a Bulk Fuel Storage Supervisor where we handled all forms of fuel, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen. I was deployed 4 times last being Operation Iraqi Freedom.

I was stationed at NCTAMS PAC in Oahu, Hawaii for 3 years, and then 3 years at various shore bases in San Diego and also the USS Ogden. I entered in 2000 as a an E1 in the IT rating. I made E5 at my 3 year mark and was eligible for E6 when I got out.
