About Me | I currently have a full-time Consulting Firm which engages in the following: Corporate Recruiting, Headhunting, Training, and Coaching. Furthermore, my organization trains staff for retail automotive franchises irregardless of the brand affiliation. My organization's training platform comprised of deliverables, ensures dealerships will retain quality sales consultants due to the methodology utilized. We model the way while allowing each student to actually experience what we teach, thereby reinforcing the concepts we teach them during their training. Furthermore, our organization provides product knowleger on all General Motors branded vehicles due to my previous experience with a General Motors dealer prior to my working as a contractual employee on the Standards for Excellence Initiative. Our trainees upon completion of training consistently out-perform those individuals trained by other organizations as well as those not receiving any training at all. Our organization also focuses on the concept of making customers completely satisified when purchasing or servicing their vehicle. Further, our sales process encompasses those elements which assist customers in being completely satisfied while meeting manufacturer standards. As a result, dealers utilizing our training organization ensure that they will always meet or exceed manufacturer expectations. Finally, our organization teaches the concept of micro-branding in contrast to macro-branding. We feel that macro-branding, while essential, does not necessarily translate into making customers completely satisfied with the selling or service process. As a result of this flawed thinking, many manufacturers spend inordinate amounts of resources in order to create a branded image of the products they sell. In contrast, we believe that the only impression a customer has regarding any brand is the experience which is provided him or her in the dealership context. In a similar vein, we do not believe that making a customer completely satisfied automatically leads to that particular customer being loyal to a specific dealership. This is why we feel micro-branding is an essential part of the training deliverables we provide. Our organization's current retention rate for individuals placed in dealerships exceeds industry average and the average tenure for our trained students at dealerships is approximately two years while consistently outperforming those individuals not exposed to our trainign model.
