About	The patrol said the accident happened at 9:15 p.m. when a westbound car driven by Jeffrey Garcia, 22, of Larned, crossed the center line and hit a car driven by Jerome Dixon, 22, of Meade. The crash killed both drivers and Charles Kinsinger, 20, of Liberal, who was a passenger in Dixon's car.
