About Me	After Leaving HS and apprenticing in France for 4 years I became a Chef/Restauranteur for 22 years, with 4 restaurants (NYC, Philly And 2 in DC), a Private chef company and catering company, all 4-5 star and 2 Michelin star, I sold all, went back to school and got a Bachelors in Art and now I am a retired, Ex Patriot living in Portugal since 2016. Also I have a summer home in Hobart, Tasmania. I now spend life exploring this Lovely World, painting and photographing people, places and things that my eye captures.
