About	We are saddened to announce the passing of Frank E. Mulrine on November 17, 2022, in Grants Pass, Oregon. Born November 18, 1943, to Dan and Catherine (Lowney) Mulrine, he grew up in Spokane, graduated from Lewis and Clark High School, and enlisted in the Army. He inherited a love of golf from his father and until recently met annually with his former high school teammates to relive their golf triumphs. He was at heart an entrepreneur, enthusiastically managing sales forces in every endeavor he undertook. He is survived by his loving wife Andrea (Abella) in Grants Pass, daughter Kimberley Rowe in Arlington, WA, son Tim Mulrine in Sumner, WA, daughter Christina (Derek) Hanson in Portland, OR, sister Danette Mulrine (Dee Linton) in Sacramento, CA, brother Dan Mulrine in Spokane, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors and his beloved dog Jax. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Virginia (Rackliff), infant daughter Ann Marie, and son-in-law Scott Rowe. The family will hold a private inurnment.
