About	Obituary: CARR, Marguerite de la Fuente Marguerite was born September 12, 1943, in Spokane, WA, passed away July 27, 2009, in Kent, WA. Daughter of former concert violinists Helen Bacchus de la Fuente and James de la Fuente, Marguerite graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane and from the University of Washington. She taught French and Spanish for many years in the Seattle area public schools, where she was revered by her students. She was a great inspiration to her colleagues and interns throughout the years. In 2000, she returned to Spokane, where she was active in the First Church of Christ, Scientist, and in the Friday Musical Club. Marguerite is survived by her beloved husband, Glenn Carr, of Spokane, by her loving sister, Ricarda Nelson, of Oakland, CA, and by her nephew, Stephen Nelson, of San Jose, CA.
