(Age 66) Born March 29, 1943, in Hayti, MO, to Milton and Hazel Bingle, Vernon passed away in Spokane, WA, February 14, 2010. He had retired after 47 years working at the U.S. Postal Service. Vernon is survived by wife Clarissa Bingle, daughters Honalara VanWinkle and Michelle Bingle, sons Nickolas and Kaiden Bingle, and step-daughters, Kayla Casey (Mike), Connie Schmidt (Dave), Jerri Elhert, and Holly Weaver. He is also survived by siblings, Jack, Gene, Elsea, Jimmy and Eddie; and 13 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 20, at 2:00 PM at Millwood Presbyterian Church, 3223 N.
