Attended University of Montana, graduating in 1962. A very loyal member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, president of the house. Married Barry in 1963. Gave birth to Andy (1967) and Mindy (1969). Taught grade school in Massachusetts, California, Texas, and high school in Korea before retiring as an English teacher at Wenatchee Valley College in Washington. A member of PEO.
