Served two tours in Vietnam.
1St Jan 1971 - April 1971 was wounded and received a Purple Heart.
2nd Feb 72 - Oct 1972 - wounded in friendly fire
While recovering from the wounds received in Oct 1972 he died from a non-combat related accident. At the time of death he held the rank of Sargent.
