| About Me | After high school, I went to college in the fall of 1966 and then dropped out, joined the army and stayed in for 15 years. When I left the service in 1982, I went in the insurance business here in Texas, then Florida. From there, I became the Business Manager for a private college in Florida, Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), and then the Vice Chancellor for Business Operations at the University of New Orleans. In 1994 I returned to Texas and worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, TDCJID, then TXMHMR. I retired 1999 and decided to go back to school at Baylor for a EdD in higher education administration with the intent of teaching; however, after a year and half, I realized that teaching 'work' - was not compatible with retirement 'not working', so I settled in a lake house on Lake Mexia my spoiled dogs.
