Favorite School Memory	It is hard to pick just a single memory - just interacting with a good bunch of classmates was memorable. If I had to pick something unusual, I would say the week that I spent bird-watching and camping immediately following graduation.
About Me	Much of my professional career has been involved with arctic marine mammals. In doing this, I have researched basic ecology, migration patterns, population size, and use by Eskimos in Canada and Alaska, I have served on the Scientific Committee of the International Whaling Commission, along with National Academy of Science and National Marine Fisheries Service committees.
